Thrivent grants are used to meet the needs of church and community.

We had a wonderful fellowship as we shared food and served by assembling Personal Care Kits for the Community and Lutheran World Relief.

You can contribute items for Personal Care Kits. Check out the list on this page and place your items in the tubs in the entryway at church. Make plans to join us on Sunday, March 17 at 6 pm for a Potluck and to assemble Kits. This is a Thrivent Action Team and Faith LWML Project.

On November 19, 2023 a group went shopping at Food Lion to help feed some of our hungry neighbors at Thanksgiving. With the help of a Thrivent Action Team Grant and the generous donations of worshippers we we were able to purchase ingredients to hel families with their Thanksgiving celebration and purchase additional boxes at Food Lion to feed additional families.
